Men'shikov V.I., Reliability of observing surrounding navigation space with errors of a "human element"

It has been shown that in organizational and technical systems of observing surrounding navigation space collective errors of a "human element" being on watch on the vessel bridge are capable to reduce significantly probability of faultless functioning of the system as a whole. For evaluation of observation system reliability it has been proposed to use a tree of errors with a variable structure allowing to define numerical indicators of such systems reliability at any kinds of errors of a "human element".

Estimation of positive completeness of navigation routes planning

The mathematical description of the similarity between planning and executive routing defining positive completeness of planning has been given. The trajectory indistinguishable and indistinguishability in terms of maritime safety have been realized at the positive completeness of planning.
